We, Sin Sheng Kuang Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SSK) is a professional manufacturer & exporter for super micro powder grinder since 1972. In order to protect the earth from scrap tire disposal generated the unexpected dangerous conditions of uncontrollable fires, air pollution and health hazards, SSK R&D team has been acted on striving to design & manufacture excellent Tire Recycling Complete System for couple years. This excellent system has efficiently solved tire pollution anywhere since 1995.  

Its a hard work on designing an efficient Tire Recycling System to automatically separate Steel Wire, Crumb Rubber and Nylon Fiber from multifarious tire structures; SSK adopts physical & mechanical principles to auto-separate Steel, Rubber and Nylon to be other re-usable resources, but neither adopting thermal crack, liquid nitrogen, chemical nor water.

1.      Steel Wire: It could be sold back to the Steel Making Department to be remade new steel products.  

2.      Nylon Fiber: Great flexibility and it could be recycled to be made other useful products, such as soundproof board, nylon pellet, etc.

3.      Crumb Rubber (6-20 mesh): Suitable to be used at places like kindergartens, kids playground, floors tiles, pavement landscape in parks, golf courses, reclaimed rubber etc.; also it could be mixed with asphalt to pave roads, which will strengthen brace force, weaken vibration and reduce noise. 

This Tire Recycling System has gained the patents of Germany, U.S.A., Japan, China and Taiwan, awards of innovation and research, certificates of CE safety mark, ISO 9002 and GOST-Russia. This excellent & quality tire recycling system has been sold well worldwide since 1995 so far.
