Usage :
1.PLASTICS & RUBBERS: For those materials which couldn't be pulverized by general grinder or whose quality is easily burned by high temp., all are suitable for using this professional machine, such as PE, PP, PVC, LDPE, HDPE, EVA, NYLON, RUBBER, TIRE (Including the inner tube and normal tire), LATEX, GLOV, etc., the raw material should be crushed to be below 8 mm firstly, if the feeding size is bigger than 8mm; plastic film is unrestricted.
2.FIBERS: leather, paper pulp, cloths and fluff.
Features:
1.Automatic controlling feeding system. The fixed & rotary blades are specially made of carbide-tungsten steel. It's the most cutting force on the angle of blades shaft and without dust float in the air. The grind-blades are hard-wearing for over one year.
2.To reduce high temp. during operation, the main body is equipped with water-jacketed chamber, which is continuously cooled by re-circulating cooling water. An additional chiller could be assembled while necessary.
3. 4 fixed blades, easily disassemble for the blades and screen cleaning.
4. With both automatic & manual feeding design for user's choice.
5. Low vibration, easy maintenance, and less trouble.
Fineness: 10-60 mesh, adjustable by screen changed.
Capacity: Varies with different material, fineness, and power.
